Pacific Financial Derivatives Ltd (the Company) is Derivatives Issuer (DI) as per the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (the Act).
The company was initially authorized in 1999 by the former Securities Commission as an Authorized Introducing Broker (AIB) with the NZ Futures & Options Exchange and then as an NZX Futures & Options Participant Firm (F&O) until NZX ceased oversight of F&O participants in Sept 2011. Thereafter, the Financial Markets Authority accredited the Company as an Authorized Futures Dealer (AFD).
